- Establish a strong theoretical and practical foundation

- Encourage and facilitate research activities among nursing students, registered nurses, and faculty to contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice.

- Enhance clinical competency and professionalism
- Provide hands-on training opportunities through simulation labs, clinical exposure, and professional workshops.

- Conduct continuing nursing education (CNE) and workshops
